3D printing continues to be one of the most captivating technologies featured at the Adelphi University Innovation Center. Every day we produce physical objects of all kinds: practical, decorative, educational, and entertaining. We’re particularly happy to support academic endeavors across the university, such as our work designing and printing custom laboratory equipment for the Biology department. We’ve even inspired students to develop their own pieces, a wonderful example of how 3D printing naturally bridges creativity and design with engineering and technology.
There’s something remarkably compelling about watching a digital design transform into a physical object. For anyone interested in observing that process, we’ve begun recording and uploading timelapse videos of our prints to the Innovation Center YouTube channel, showcasing how these creations take shape. We’re excited to provide 3D printing services to the university community, and we hope that these tools continue to spark imagination, support academic work, and encourage everyone to consider the possibilities this technology offers.
